Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of MA experience in a medical office/clinic with hands-on patient care.
• Graduate of an accredited MA program with hands-on patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and document patient history and medications.
• Support patient flow and scheduling within the outpatient clinic.
• Process medication requests and prior authorizations as needed.
• Maintain and reconcile the EPIC electronic health record; ensure data accuracy.
