Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Medical Assistant Float to support Waterbury and Bristol centers. You’ll join a team dedicated to delivering compassionate care across multiple urgent care locations.

You will perform vital signs, EKGs, testing, specimen collection, and assist with patient intake, documentation, and follow-up care while providing front-office support and maintaining a safe, organized clinical environment.

Formación

• Medical Assistant training preferred.
• EHR/EMR experience preferred.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teams and clinical environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support providers with patient care and treatments.
• Perform vital signs, EKGs, testing, and specimen collection.
• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and follow-up care.
• Provide front-office support as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, organized clinical environment.
