Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care seeks a Medical Assistant Float to support Newtown and Southbury centers. You will work with clinical teams across urgent care settings, gaining exposure to diverse patient populations while delivering compassionate, efficient care.

• Support providers with patient care and treatments.
• Perform vital signs, EKGs, testing, and specimen collection.
• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and follow-up care.
• Provide front-office support as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, organized clinical environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and families.
