PhyicianOne Urgent Care in Brookfield, CT is seeking a Medical Assistant Float to support our Brookfield and Ridgefield centers. You will work with experienced clinical teams across locations and gain exposure to diverse patient populations.

This role offers variety, ongoing mentorship, cross-training for Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistant duties, and the opportunity to grow within Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care’s network.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant training preferred.
• EHR/EMR experience preferred.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teams and clinical environments.

Responsabilités

• Support providers with patient care and treatments.
• Perform vital signs, EKGs, testing, and specimen collection.
• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and follow-up care.
• Provide front-office support as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, organized clinical environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and families.

$20-$26/hour based on experience
