Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs and assess patient status.
• Intake and check-out of patients.
• Medication reconciliation at each visit.
• Enter requisitions and patient data into EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist during procedures.
• Stock rooms and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with specimen collection and processing.
• Provide patient education on resources and programs.
