Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a great first impression.
• Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, and document in the EMR.
• Support providers during visits and perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted.
• Register patients, assist with insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments.
• Keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR.
