Job summary

USA Clinics Group is hiring a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and smooth office workflow while supporting physicians before, during, and after procedures. You will ensure patients have an excellent service experience in a fast-paced setting.

Locations include Paramus, Passaic, Orange, and Union City with a compensation of $21–$25 per hour. Paid training and a team-focused, patient-centered environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years hands-on clinical experience in a Medical Assistant role is required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience performing vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection is required.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Document vital signs, medical history, and other clinical data in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection within scope of training.
• Document interactions in EMR/EHR systems accurately.
• Deliver exceptional patient service in a high-volume clinical setting.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
