Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient office workflow. You will support the physician before, during, and after procedures and ensure an excellent service experience for each patient.

Locations include Paramus, Passaic, Orange, and Union City clinics with a schedule spanning Monday through Sunday. Compensation is $21-$25/hr and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience as Medical Assistant or similar direct patient care role.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish & English required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients on arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories in EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks including phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection.
• Document patient interactions accurately in EMR/EHR.
• Deliver excellent patient service in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting.
• Use EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar.
• Support patient care across physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health.
• Leverage bilingual skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
