USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team across multiple Illinois locations, including Orland Park, Frankfort, Plainfield, and Naperville. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $25–$28 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

You will greet patients, obtain vital signs, perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection, and document everything in EMR/EHR systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on clinical experience as Medical Assistant or similar role.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification required.
• Bilingual skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
• Experience with phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Ability to document patient interactions and clinical information in EMR/EHR.

Responsabilités

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, and specimen collection.
• Accurately document patient interactions using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver patient services in a fast-paced clinical environment and support care teams.
• Utilize EMR platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks) in daily work.
