Job summary

Stopwatch Urgent Care in Opelika, AL is seeking a Medical Assistant (Full Time) to join our on-site clinic team. You will engage directly with patients, perform a variety of clinical and administrative tasks, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Cross-training opportunities and supervision by a Provider are included. The role requires strong people skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in Medical Assisting is desired, but not required.
• Minimum of six months’ experience working as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with patients and perform a wide variety of clinical and administrative tasks to support patient care delivery.
• Cross-train in other areas of the clinic and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment under supervision of the Provider.
