Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team across multiple clinics. You will assist physicians, manage patient flow, and maintain a welcoming environment for patients in fast-paced settings.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2–3 years of hands-on clinical experience, and CMA/RMA/CCMA certification. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong patient service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 2-3 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar direct patient care role, required.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification required.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.
• Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
