Job summary

The Toledo Clinic, Family Practice Department, is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (RMA/CMA/CCMA) to provide clinical and administrative support at the main campus in Toledo, OH. Work hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM–2:00 PM.

Qualifications include a Medical Assisting degree or diploma and credentialing as CMA or RMA. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with potential for an additional $2,000 retention bonus after one year of service.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required.
• Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
• Ability to assist providers with minor procedures and exams.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care and minor procedures.
• Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits.
• Perform clerical duties (scheduling, chart handling, phone) and coordinate with Office Manager.
