Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant - Family Practice for a full-time, day shift position in Oregon. The hourly pay range is $25.41–$35.18, with comprehensive benefits and strong support for professional development.

You will assist physicians and the healthcare team, prepare patients for examinations, record histories and vitals, manage exam rooms and supplies, perform injections and wound care as ordered, and help coordinate scheduling and EMR documentation in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Accredited Medical Assistant program/certification required.
• National Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA/AMT/NHA/NCCT/AMCA/AAH/NAHPUSA) acceptable upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination and record history and vitals.
• Prepare exam rooms; maintain supplies and equipment.
• Injections, splints, dressings, wound care per provider orders.
• Maintain patient files and enter data into EMR.
• Collaborate with clinic team to ensure smooth operations.
