Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic in Salmon Creek, Vancouver, WA is seeking a Family Medicine assistant to support patient flow and care delivery. Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting information, and preparing patients for examination, with on-site training to work at top of scope.

EMT and CNA backgrounds welcomed; WA state MA-R credential within required timeframe and BLS are required, plus Epic experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; MA certification or EMT training accepted.
• Current Washington MA-R credential and WA CNA certification required.
• BLS certification; experience with electronic health records, Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and collect patient information for intake.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist clinician during visit.
• Assist with delivery of patient care and related procedures.
• Receive onsite training to work at top of scope.
