Join Our Family Medicine Team in La Crescent, MN!

Our Family Medicine department is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to become a vital part of our caring team. If you are passionate about providing compassionate care and want to start or advance your career in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply today.

Position Details:

• 28 hours/week = 0.7 FTE
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays
• Location: Primarily based in La Crescent with one half-day per week in Spring Grove

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to patients, greeting them warmly and setting a positive tone for their visits
• Update patient information accurately in charting systems
• Take vital signs and assist with procedures alongside nurses and providers
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to patient success

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant, Practical Nursing, or Vocational Nurse program, or eligible for NCLEX-PN
• Or High School Diploma/equivalent plus Medical Assistant Certification and BLS certification
