Ascentist Healthcare in the Kansas City Metro area is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and deliver exceptional patient care. The position offers dayshift hours and a stable schedule with weekends free for personal time.

You will room patients, document medical histories and vital signs, prep charts, assist with procedures, and help manage prior authorizations while maintaining a professional office environment and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Preferred: ENT/Otology experience.
• BLS

As a Medical Assistant, you play an important role working with our physicians, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and has a positive experience during their time at Ascentist Healthcare. You will help maintain a professional office environment with strong communication skills as you collaborate with your team to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit
