Qualifications

• CPR Certification.
• Successful completion of clearances as outlined in HR policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.
• Computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Collects vital signs and patient history.
• Collects specimens and performs basic laboratory tests.
• Administers injections and medications as directed by provider.
• Administrative duties include ordering supplies, updating/maintaining medical records, obtaining referrals/authorizations and scheduling appointments.
• Other clinical tasks as directed by provider.
