Responsibilities

• Check schedules and organize patient flow; accompany patients to exam rooms.
• Collect patient information/history and vitals; assist with screenings.
• Prepare rooms and maintain infection control; manage supplies.
• Process and relay patient information; document in medical records.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs and level-one labs; assist physicians.
• Handle front-office tasks: calls, appointments, insurance verification.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality of records.
