INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Urogynecology Outpatient Clinic in Edmond, OK is hiring a day shift, full-time Medical Assistant. The MA will take vitals, collect patient history, perform venipuncture, oversee labs and imaging referrals, and manage patient messages under provider supervision.

Responsibilities include documenting patient information, contributing to care plans, monitoring status, and coordinating timely care while handling a high call volume.

Competenze

• Current nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification/registration; OR 6 months of clinic MA experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of employment
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)

Mansioni

• Gathers and documents information about patient condition, including lab values, pain levels, education needs, and nutritional status.
• Contributes to the assessment/re-assessment of patients.
• Monitors and documents patient status.
• Participates in the development of the plan of care, including implementation and evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions which may include medication administration (excludes narcotics).
• Manages large call volume while maintaining excellent telephone etiquette.
• Organizes workflow to meet patient needs in a timely manner.
• May retrieve and transport medications.
• Reports to assigned director, manager, supervisor or lead.
