Mayo Clinic seeks a Medical Assistant for its ambulatory care setting. You will perform direct and indirect patient care under physician supervision and collaborate with the health care team to meet patient needs.

The role requires flexibility and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time with daytime hours (0700–1600, Monday–Friday), located at Mayo Clinic sites in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Arizona: High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate from a Medical Assistant diploma or associate degree program.
• Active CMA/RMA/CCMA certification.
• Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks of direct and indirect care in ambulatory setting.
• Participate as a health care team member and follow physician guidance.
• Carry out activities within patient care plan and organizational policies.
