Qualifications

• Certification/License: Medical Assistant Certification required (RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NRCMA or ABR-OE acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking histories and vital signs.
• Prepare exam rooms and equipment, including sterilization and supplies management.
• Give injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
• Assist physicians in minor surgeries and physicals; answer calls and screen referrals.
