• Facilitates efficient and effective patient flow and prepares patients for visits.
• Performs EMR documentation and keeps EMR in basket up to date.
• Maintains environment, work area, equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Collaborates with the health care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Supports quality improvement activities and ongoing education.
