Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program.
• Two years’ experience as a Medical Assistant is required if education is not met at time of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and support providers during clinic visits.
• Coordinate care between patients, providers, departments, and staff.
• Assist with communication, follow-up, and care planning.
• Help ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
• Work with patients across all age groups, from pediatrics through geriatrics.
