Job summary

Peachtree Immediate Care in Morrow, GA seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team. This on-site role supports fast-paced urgent care operations across multiple locations, including Covington, McDonough, and Morrow.

You will perform patient care, vital signs, specimen collection, minor procedures, and assist providers in exams while ensuring accurate records and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or licensed as LPN/EMT.
• Certification preferred for CMA credentials.
• Reliable transportation to travel between regional locations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist medical providers with patient care, exams, and minor procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred) or licensed as an LPN or EMT.
• Reliable transportation to travel between regional locations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Comfort in a fast-paced urgent care setting with varied medical responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient or clinical setting (preferred but not required).
• Modern, well-equipped urgent care centers with a clean and professional setting.
• Hands-on, patient-facing role with a direct impact on patient health and well-being.
• Possible exposure to illnesses and medical situations typical of a healthcare environment.
