• Ability to work the identified schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive assistance to the provider.
• Maintain an efficient flow of patients.
• Answer routine questions and resolve minor issues; give directions as directed by the Provider.
• Update patient medication lists and history if changes are noted.
• Educate and support patients and families as directed by the Provider.
• Schedule appointments as directed by the Provider.
• Coordinate use of telephonic interpreting services for non-English speaking patients.
• Assist with routine examinations and procedures as directed by the Provider and document in EMR.
