Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Medical Assistant to support administrative and clinical tasks while ensuring a compassionate, patient-focused experience.

You will escort patients, record histories, measure vital signs, perform blood draws and EKGs, and assist with front office duties and patient education on care-gap closures. This is a full-time role with first shift hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program.
• Basic knowledge of immunizations, medications, and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred.
• Must have proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Escorting patients to exam rooms.
• Recording patient medical, social and family history.
• Measuring patient vital signs (blood pressure, weight, height).
• Completing blood draws and injections for patients.
• Completing EKG's for patients.
• Assisting with front office duties.
• Assisting with educating patient on care-gap closures.
• Other duties as assigned.
