Job summary

Required High School diploma or equivalent and BCLS certification within three months; preferred Medical Assisting Certificate and experience with EHR and ICD/CPT codes; telemedicine considered;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BCLS certification from the American Heart Association required within three months of employment date.
• Medical Assisting Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a professional patient-centered practice image by efficiently performing a wide variety of clinical and/or administrative duties under the supervision of a licensed physician or mid-level provider.
• Assists the physician or mid-level provider with outcome-based patient care as part of a team.
