Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant in Boulder, CO to support clinical operations and patient care at the infusion center. You will welcome patients, assist medical staff, and ensure safe, compassionate care in line with guidelines.

The role requires clinical and administrative experience, with a per diem schedule and a 7:30am–4:00pm shift on Tue/Wed. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus 401K with up to 4% match.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS required prior to start date.
• 1 year of clinical experience required.
• 1 year in administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of patient care activities rendering quality patient care.
• Room clinic patients in person or virtually and update patient chart with required information.
• Communicate pertinent patient data to providers and nurses to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Provide administrative and front-end support: greet patients, assist with scheduling, manage calls, and process payments.
