Job summary

VIVO Infusion in Boulder, CO is hiring a Per Diem Medical Assistant to support our infusion center. You will welcome patients, assist medical staff, perform essential care tasks, and ensure safety and compliance with guidelines.

The role requires prior admin experience, independence, CPR/BLS, and clinical exposure; schedule includes Tuesday–Wednesday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Location is 2425 Canyon BLVD, Boulder. Apply to join a patient-focused team committed to quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/BLS certification required prior to start.
• 1 year of clinical environment experience.
• 1 year in administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, assist with scheduling, answer calls, and process payments.
• Room patients and update charts, orally communicate data to providers.
• Assist providers in the exam room and collect labs as directed.
• Order supplies and disinfect exam rooms, maintain infection control.

CPR / BLS

Administrative experience

Clinical environment experience

Phlebotomy (preferred)

Education
