Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination including vital signs and history.
• Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens.
• Conduct point-of-care testing.
• Document care in the EHR.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms; restock supplies.
• Support infection control and PPE protocols.
• Schedule radiology appointments.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Process referrals and maintain records.
• Handle medical correspondence (faxing, scanning, emailing).
