Job summary

Lifekind Health in Mesa, AZ is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support in a busy clinic. You will help prepare charts, document vital signs, and coordinate patient flow within a transdisciplinary healthcare team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, BLS/CPR certification, 4+ years of related experience, and the ability to support various procedures and injections, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Medical Scribe experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient charts prior to encounters (upload orders, referrals, imaging).
• Collect and document vital signs, initial screening information.
• Document encounters in health record systems (Dx, Hx, care plan, billing).
• Administer consent forms and patient questionnaires; assist with injections.
• Assist with orders, imaging, and lab forms; ensure rooms stocked and clean.
