Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant Certified for our White Center Medical Clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, ensure smooth patient flow, and support the care team in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

Must have WA MA-Certificate or MA-Interim License, BLS CPR within 90 days, EPIC experience preferred, and strong customer service skills to excel in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Must have WA MA-Certificate or MA-Interim License and pass the exam within the 90-day probationary period
• Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment
• EPIC experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow protocol in rooming and exiting patients
• Complete all provider referrals for each patient
• Administer injections and distribute oral medications under physicians’ order; perform venipuncture
• Assist the medical provider with charting office visits; ensuring communication and documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination

Position Summary:

Full-Time Medical Assistant position available for our White Center Medical Clinic. Ideal candidates will have proven excellent customer services skills, demonstrate an enthusiastic & professional demeanor, and excel at multi-tasking. Medical Assistants are an integral part of the care team, ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Follow protocol in rooming and exiting patients
