Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Medical Assistant Certified for our Seattle Medical Clinic. This full-time position supports the care team, manages patient flow, and delivers high-quality patient care. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Ideal candidates will have WA MA-Certificate or MA-Interim License, BLS CPR, and EPIC experience is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

Position

Medical Assistant Certified – Seattle Medical Clinic

Hourly Rate: $23.39

Position Summary

Full‑time Medical Assistant position. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service skills, an enthusiastic and professional demeanor, and excel at multitasking. They support the care team by ensuring patient flow and delivering high‑quality patient care. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow protocol in rooming and exiting patients.
• Complete all provider referrals for each patient.
• Administer injections, distribute oral medications, and perform venipuncture under physician’s orders.
• Assist the medical provider with charting office visits and ensure documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination.

Education and Requirements

• Must have a Washington State MA‑Certificate or possess an MA‑Interim License and pass the exam within the 90‑day probationary period.
• Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire and maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment.
• EPIC experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
