Clover Health is seeking Certified Medical Assistants for full-time, field-based home visits in Georgia. Ideal candidates live in or near our service areas. This role supports patients with complex healthcare needs and travels to patients’ homes, Monday through Friday.

- Must hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
- Be the friendly face during visits, assist with translation, take vitals.
- Perform phlebotomy and other tasks as directed by the provider.
- Close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
- Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR).
- Maintain medical supplies and ensure well-prepared visits.
- Support outreach to schedule visits and engage patients.
- Drive independently to patient visits.

- Certified MAs (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) start at a higher hourly rate.
- Uncertified MAs: We'll support you in earning your certification and reward it with a pay increase once you do.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, field-based role. You must reside in or near Bulloch County, GA, as the position involves driving to and conducting member visits in their homes.
- Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
- Be the friendly, trusted face members rely on during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
- Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
- Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
- Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Maintain medical supplies and ensure smooth, well-prepared visits.
- Support outreach efforts to schedule visits and strengthen patient engagement.
- Drive independently or with the provider to patient visits.
- You hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
- You have at least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
- You have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- You have basic computer proficiency; and are comfortable with documentation in electronic medical records (EMRs).
- You are able to walk up 3 flights of stairs and carry up to 40 lbs. of equipment.
