Job summary

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Austin Highway clinic. The role involves triaging pediatric patients, assisting with exams, administering medications, and performing CLIA-waived testing in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

This seasonal-full-time position offers an 1248 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX location with hours Mon–Fri 8:00 am–8:00 pm and travel to other clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant education, certification, military experience, or qualifying training.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of patient safety and clinical standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
