We are seeking motivated individuals to participate in our Medical Assistant Registered Apprenticeship Program. This is a paid, earn-while-you-learn opportunity designed for individuals who want to begin or advance a career in healthcare while receiving structured education and hands-on training.
Apprentices are hired by a participating healthcare employer and complete a combination of Related Technical Instruction (RTI) and supervised On-the-Job Training (OJT). Throughout the apprenticeship, participants develop the clinical, administrative, and professional competencies needed to work successfully as a Medical Assistant.
No prior Medical Assistant experience is required. Apprentices receive structured training while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in an approved healthcare setting.
The Medical Assistant Registered Apprenticeship combines paid employment, structured education, and supervised hands-on training to help apprentices develop career-ready healthcare skills.
Instead of having to complete all training before entering the workforce, apprentices have the opportunity to earn a paycheck while developing their skills through education and real-world experience.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are dependable, compassionate, eager to learn, and ready to begin a career serving patients and supporting healthcare teams.
Global Workforce Partners is a Registered Apprenticeship Program sponsor. Employment, wages, schedules, benefits, hiring requirements, and specific job duties may vary by participating employer and worksite.
