Community Health Network seeks a Medical Assistant to support providers at an ambulatory site. You will facilitate patient visits, perform routine labs, collect specimens, and help with referrals and medications while documenting in EPIC EMR. Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

The candidate should be team-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive problem-solving attitude to support high-quality care.

Competenze

• Graduate/certificate from a recognized medical assisting program or a HS diploma with MA experience in a physician practice.
• MA certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas with supplies and cleaning.
• Room patients and manage an efficient flow of provider’s caseload.
• Obtain vital signs, EKGs, and/or specimen collection.
• Document care using EPIC EMR.
• Perform Point of Care Testing per patient need and protocol.
• Process referrals and medication refills.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, providers and staff.
