Colorado Allergy is hiring a Clinic Assistant I to support patient care for adults and children. The role covers front desk duties, scheduling, billing and insurance processing, while ensuring patient satisfaction in a fast-paced allergy/immunology clinic.

The ideal candidate has Medical Assistant training and CPR, with a focus on teamwork and HIPAA compliance. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant School or equivalent.
• Licensed Medical Technician or CNA or Biology degree or combination of education/experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• HepB vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Shows competency as a Medical Office Assistant.
• Completes Clinic Assistant I/II tasks within 120 days; Clinic III within first year.
• Handles front desk duties: phones, check in/out, scheduling, billing/insurance data.
• Maintains patient satisfaction; works as part of a team; keeps HIPAA compliant.
• Takes initiative and supports other departments as needed.
