Job summary

COLORADO ALLERGY & ASTHMA CENTERS in Castle Rock, CO is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for full-time day shift. The position includes direct and indirect patient care for adults and children under physician supervision, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and patient-first service.

Qualifications include completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, CPR certification, HepB vaccination, and relevant licensure or education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant School or
• Licensed Medical Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, hold a Biology Degree, or
• Combination of experience and education

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect care to adult and pediatric patients under physician supervision.
• Demonstrates competency as Medical Office Assistant and Clinic Assistant I/II within 120 days; Clinic Assistant III within first year.
• Handles front desk duties: answering phones, check-in/out patients, scheduling, processing billing and insurance info.
• Ensures patient satisfaction through teamwork and adherence to HIPAA and OSHA standards.
