SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking qualified Medical Assistants to join our team! We offer two weeks of paid training and great benefits! Please do not contact the clinic directly; all hiring is done through our recruiting department.

No MA Certification or License required.

A Medical Assistant is responsible for providing treatment to patients and fostering positive relationships. They will also handle day-to-day lab operations with knowledge and precision. Must be flexible with late hours, some weekends, have a friendly attitude, and enjoy interacting with providers and patients. Some experience with computer skills is required. Our goal is to provide excellent care with exceptional patient encounters, starting with you!

Responsibilities

• Perform manual vitals, routine blood draws, and administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as per provider requests.
• Maintain lab equipment, document all lab results and quality controls.
• Manage in-house labs or prepare specimens for external labs with proper ordering.
• Weekly inventory management, ordering, and communication.
• Assist with front desk duties when needed.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Requirements/Certifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 months relevant medical assistant or phlebotomy experience or 180 extern hours documented.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and injections.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Work Schedule

Available hours include M 8-5, T 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5, and up to 4 Saturdays a month 8 am-12 pm (with Monday or Wednesday off when working Saturday).

Salary: $19 per hour.
