NewYork-Presbyterian AIM Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Day Flex schedule in the Ambulatory Care Network. You will greet patients, coordinate appointments, and support clinicians with vital signs and phlebotomy in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and a high school diploma or GED, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Schedule includes weekday shifts with no weekends or holidays, at the AIM Clinic location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State and/or Nationally accredited Medical Assistant Program
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsabilités

• Coordinate appointments and perform general clerical duties at the unit nursing station to assure timely flow of patient information
• Assist practitioners and Management by performing blood draws and taking vital signs of patients in clinic
• Welcome and direct visitors and hospital colleagues to appropriate areas
• Cultivate a courteous and respectful demeanor while multitasking between people and responsibilities
