We are seeking an experienced, upbeat, friendly organized medical assistant with front and back-office experience. Must have excellent written and verbal and communication skills. Prior experience working in an aesthetic medi-spa , plastic surgery office preferred. Must have familiarity with medical terms, billing, and scheduling and be able to promote and sell procedures and packages. Must be familiar with EMR and Microsoft outlook calendar and excel. Job duties include drawing blood as needed, scheduling patient appointments, educating patients about procedures and appointments, creating and maintaining databases for samples, supplies, and other data; meeting with vendors and drug reps and ordering supplies, maintaining inventory; maintaining equipment and turning over the rooms, organizing rooms, files, and supplies, assisting with front and back-office functions. High-end customer service and sales experience are required. Phlebotomy experience is required; certification is preferred. Must also be familiar with social media, posting, and taking before and after photos.
