Job summary

The starting pay is $720 per week, with classes from Monday to Thursday mornings. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and healthcare-related teaching experience; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to professionally communicate in verbal and written English
• Bachelor's degree or higher, plus subject-area preparation
• Minimum of three years of occupational experience in healthcare or related field
• Graduation from a program in the healthcare field
• Equivalent of 15 semester credits hours in the subject field

Responsibilities

• Teaches material from approved curriculum in accordance with assigned schedules and deadlines to assure an appropriate level of student satisfaction.
• Effectively prepares for each week of instruction and demonstrates proficiency with all relevant software, course content and materials.
• Evaluates student coursework against stated learning outcomes and ensures achievement.
• Grads all assignments and posts grades in a timely manner.
• Provides students with feedback in a constructive and positive manner.
• Maintains an up-to-date faculty file and complies with UMA policies.
