You will collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners, maintain EMR records, and help ensure a safe, organized clinical environment. CPR/BCLS certification and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• CPR/BCLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide patients through visits, ensuring comfort and efficiency
• Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and preparation for exams
• Collect vital signs and health information (history, meds, allergies)
• Perform point-of-care testing and handle specimen collection/processing
• Support physicians and nurse practitioners during procedures
• Coordinate schedules and maintain smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems
• Process prescription refills with provider approval
• Manage incoming medical records, lab results, and referrals
• Maintain stock of clinical supplies and safety protocols
