Job summary

COLORADO ALLERGY & ASTHMA CENTERS is seeking a Medical Assistant - Float to join our Denver Metro clinics. You will provide care to adult and pediatric patients, assist clinicians, and help with front office duties across multiple sites.

This role offers a 4-day work week (36 hours), full-time benefits, and opportunities for cross-training and professional growth in a respected specialty practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, or Licensed Medical Technician, or equivalent.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
• Previous medical office or clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist providers during patient visits.
• Room patients and prepare them for examinations and treatments.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, professional service.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Medical Assistant clinical skills and clinic procedures.
• Accurately utilize electronic medical records and computer systems.
• Cross-train to support front office operations, including answering phones, patient check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification and billing support.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies.
• Collaborate with providers and teammates across multiple clinic locations.
