Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shows competency as a Medical Office Assistant.
• Demonstrates competency in Clinic Assistant I and II Skill Modules within 120 days of employment; Clinic Assistant III within first year.
• Shows competency in basic computer skills.
• Assures patient satisfaction by working as a team member with all personnel.
• Front Desk & Cross-Training duties: answering phones, check in/out patients, scheduling appointments, processing billing and insurance information, compliance with insurance regulations.
• Maintains open communication and a team-oriented work environment.
• Takes initiative and is a self-starter.
• Performs additional duties as deemed necessary.
• OSHA and HIPAA compliant.

Position Purpose

Position Purpose: This non-exempt, full-time position is responsible for direct and indirect care of adult and pediatric patients under the direction of the physicians, Clinic Manager and Office Administrative Manager. We are looking for a positive, experienced, responsible individual to contribute depth & knowledge to our busy practice.
