Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of clinical practice experience is required.
• BLS and CMA certification on start are required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs general patient care tasks and manages patient flow.
• Assists with examinations, injections, phlebotomy, and specimen collection.
• Handles clerical tasks like obtaining records and organizing charts.
• Ensures sterile technique and safe environment in exam rooms.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and clinic huddles.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
