CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a division of Humana, is seeking a Medical Assistant 2 for our outpatient care site. You will perform clinical duties (vital signs, injections, specimens) and input data into the EMR, while assisting physicians and nurses.

This patient-facing role requires CPR certification and may involve TB screening. Candidates with MA certification/registration and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency are preferred; 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $43,000–$56,200

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR Certification.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - must pass proficiency exam prior to foreign language communication.

Responsabilités

• Clinical duties: taking vital signs, injections, specimens; input into EMR.
• Perform administrative tasks and patient care at outpatient site.
• Collaborates with physicians and nurses and delivers direct patient care within scope.
