Job summary

AHN is seeking a Medical Assistant I to join our Chippewa Township Medical Neighborhood team. You will perform standard medical assistant duties and supportive testing under supervision, helping coordinate patient care during daytime clinic hours.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain urine drug testing certification within six months. Clearances must be completed within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with CPR certification.
• Certification in urine drug testing must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Successful completion of applicable clearances within 90 days of commencing employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides standard medical assistant duties and selective medical services under the direction of CRNPs and Physicians.
• Coordinates medical service needs of patients and performs specialized testing as directed.
