Syndeo Staffing in Wichita, KS is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for a direct-hire position with a cosmetic and surgical practice. You will support clinicians with clinical and administrative tasks, document patient histories, take vital signs, and manage EMRs while ensuring confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a medical office, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; Spanish bilingual skills and MA certification are preferred.

Syndeo Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established cosmetic and surgical practice in Wichita, KS. We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated healthcare professional who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This position will provide direct patient support while assisting providers with both clinical and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical office setting and be comfortable working with patients throughout various stages of treatment and care.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM – Shifts could run later based on customer needs.

Pay: $19.00/hour DOE

Opportunity to earn a small commission on product and service sales after one year of employment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
